How much is your damage deposit?

A $500 refundable damage deposit is to be paid with final payment thirty (30) days prior to your event. This will be refunded within ten (10) business days following your event as long as no damage has occurred.

May I serve alcohol?

Absolutely!  There are a few limitations, however.  See our pricing page for more details.

Can I use your PA (Sound/Audio Visual) system?

The use of our concert-grade sound system and HD projector/screen is included with your rental.

This system is perfect for making announcements and playback of dance music, with our without a DJ.

Am I required to use your preferred caterers?

We don’t require using a preferred caterer, however we highly recommend using a professional catering company.

There are several companies we work with regularly and will gladly refer them to you if you request.
